Enjoy a game of tennis on our full size concrete court, soak in our giant swim spa (hot in winter, cool for summer) or sit around the fire pit enjoying the warmth with friends & family. We have recently added a patio over our outdoor lounge area to shelter you from any rain or sun when wanting to relax, bbq & watch the family having fun in the swim spa. You will LOVE your stay here, it is truly blissful & nestled between Kangaroo Valley & Berry.
Rooms
Choose from 3 recently redecorated bedrooms or huge formal lounge room which converts into an extra queen bedroom with spectacular views in every direction. Each room has gorgeous views of the surrounding gardens. We have a wood fireplace in the open plan living dining room along with a reverse cycle air conditioner in both the formal lounge, which keeps the whole house cool in summer along with an air conditioner in the games room. You will truly feel at home & relaxed at Bellaview Park!

Tennis Court - Swim Spa - Games Room. Full size concrete tennis court, pool table, table tennis, arcade games console, ping pong, bean bag toss, cricket set, soccer & footballs, frisbee & fire pit. We also have active wildlife daily; wombats, wallabies, kangaroos, echidnas, lyrebirds, bandicoot, possums, king parrots & plenty more of lovely birds... even the wonga pigeon that Aboriginals named the area after (Bellawongarah - place of wonga pigeons).
